About this lesson

This is a free sample lesson plan from my collection of Super-Simple Music Tech Lessons (Using Free Websites) that have been recently added into the Midnight Music Community.  This lesson uses one of my favourite free websites – Incredibox – which I’ve been using for around 9 years now!

In this lesson, students will learn about a cappella singing and beat-boxing as an art form and to identify the difference between melodic and percussive sounds.

Who is this suited to?

This lesson suits students in grades 4-8 (but you could probably extend beyond those age groups).
